Deal & Sandwich Primary Care Network (PCN) is made up of five practices in Deal and Sandwich in East Kent. We have come together because we share a common aim to improve the service we provide to our patients and wish to work more closely together to achieve this aim.

What is a Primary Care Network (PCN)?
A PCN consists of groups of general practices working together and in partnership with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in the local area, to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to the people living in their area.
PCNs were established in 2019. There are 42 PCNs in Kent and Medway and the majority of networks serve between 30,000 to 50,000 patients. There are 17 PCNs in East Kent made up of 66 GP practices.
